Our office is committed to helping you maximize
your insurance benefits.
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. If we have received all of your current insurance information, we will be happy to file your claim for you. Because insurance policies vary greatly, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. Your insurance company may not pay the full estimated amount. Any remaining balance is the responsibility of the parent or guardian. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
If possible, it would be greatly appreciated if you could fill out the patient paperwork provided for your child prior to your appointment by downloading it off our website, and sending it to us by either fax or email. We can then verify your eligibility and benefits ahead of time for you. We accept all PPO dental plans, however we are only “in-network” with the 13 most common dental insurance plans in the surrounding area. Please contact our office regarding your particular insurance plan and we’d be happy to answer any questions you might have.
Our treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Payment is expected at the time treatment is rendered, unless special arrangements have been made prior to your appointment. Every effort will be made to provide a treatment plan which fits your timetable and budget, and gives your child the best possible care. We accept cash, personal checks, debit cards, all major credit cards, and care credit.
